Welcome to The Pearl. On behalf of my wife Denise and I, I am happy that you have chosen to stay at this newly built oasis.

I am Donnell Josiah, a native of Antigua and a proud son of the village of Old Road. As a Josiah, I grew up around the hospitality industry—an industry in which my mother and father worked together for over 80 combined years. The Pearl was built in tribute to their tireless service of excellence, and their love for people.

While I have traveled extensively, I have always viewed myself as ‘the little boy’ from Old Road, who with big dreams chased his destiny with purpose. Today, I am delighted to welcome people from around the world to not only enjoy my homeland, but the very village I call home.
